This was my first time buying a new car and Drew and everyone at Provincial Chrysler was very helpful. He took time to show me the vehicle and answered all the questions that I had. Overall it was a great experience.

we met Austin at an offsite tent sale. I was reluctant to go to events such as these because I did not want to be pressured, as we were not looking to buy until the fall. Austin put no pressure on us at all and brought forth many options that suited our budget, until we found the perfect vehicle. We left the following day proud owners of a new Jeep, and couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Austin was very patient and knowledgable, and nailed every option that we asked for. We have and will continue to recommend people to see Austin when looking for their next vehicle.

No hassle, no stress

I came to Provincial back in Oct in desperate need of a newer car. Austin greeted me as I was looking through the lot and asked what I need in a car, including budget. We test drove a few different ones and I fell for the 2013 Chrysler 200. We went back to his office and began to talk about financials. He was very honest and up front, telling me about the different features and options I could include. He wasn't pushy, but caring, like he wanted to make sure I drove off with the perfect car for me. Honest, pleasant and direct. Now I have a reliable vehicle that I can afford! Thanks a lot Austin!

Outstanding Product Knowledge

I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Polar Edition.. Show up and sales rep stay out in the rain with me answering questions and showing me product for a while, I came prepared with research down an very precise questions. My sales rep (Austin Ewen) had the answers quickly an was able to explain things better then the Jeep website. This is my first non GM product in 24 years. Thank you for all the help with me new TOY! :)
