I can't say enough good things about this dealership, and the sales Person Alex In particular. I had been shopping around for a while looking to buy my first car, ended up going to another VW dealership first and had a completely different experience. After seeing one of the Jetta's Listed on Autotrader, I went in with my father to see it and test drive it. Alex answered all of our questions amazingly, one of the few car sales people that I've ever met that had a genuine love of the Cars and brand that he was selling, also got me an amazing deal. I cannot speak high enough of his service. After being in sales for 5 years it was something I was surprised and very happy to see, not something you often come by. Even after initially leaving, he provided us with his personal number if we had any and all questions about anything, and always answered almost immediately. My Father was also in the market for an SUV, and after dealing with Alex's service decided to go back a week later and pick up a Tiguan, even though he wasn't looking for a car right then, and again the service was exquisite. I've been a fan of German Cars for quite a while, and will undoubtedly only go to Bytek for my next purchases and services Hands down, even though I live and work in the West end. If you're looking for any sort of VW car or service, do yourself a favour and go here, you will not be disappointed. On a side note, If the sales manager happens to see this review PLEASE give Alex a pat on the back for his amazing performance and customer service and integrity. 11/10 overall if I could rate it higher.
