Worst experience ever this company is scam!

Hi Mohammed, Unfortunately we can't find you in any of our systems or in any of our appointment books. Which means we never dealt with you or sold you a vehicle, so you could of never had a "bad" experience with us. We will be assuming that this review is a FAKE review based on hatred of a trustworthy company. Us as a local company that has been around for over 25 years strive on our genuine and honest reputation keeping us reputable within our community as you can see in our previous reviews. We strive on our reviews and previous clientele as our back bones in helping us supply our community with vehicles for years and years to come. Buying a truck online has been a nightmare. Communication was great at first but once the papers are signed it stops. I was sent a list of features that the truck was supposed to have and on that list was a remote starter and when they delivered the truck all I received was a spare key but no remote fob. Pretty hard to remotely start the truck with no remote. I contacted them non stop and they said they would look into it. Nothing. Communication sucks. I would definitely not recommend these guys cause once the papers are signed your screwed.

This is my second time getting a vehicle from empire auto and I have to say the second time around was way better. Shawn and Nicole were amazing. Very communicative, kept me in the loop the whole time and explained everything to me through the whole process.

I purchased my vehicle, a 2019 Mazda CX-5, March, 2021. Osman was a fantastic salesman. He made purchasing a vehicle easy. The car was detailed, and he got my windows tinted. 🙌🏻The only issue was that all four of my tires were balled and cracked!! It should have NEVER passed inspection! I reached out to Osman about the tires and immediately sent photos. The service department contacted me to make an appointment, but I live in Sudbury! So they sent me a set of new all season tires and sent me money for installation. The sales-manager Sami sent me $100 for the installation. Overall I am very pleased with Empire Auto and I would definitely recommend purchasing from them. You don’t have to live in London, Ontario to receive excellent service! 👏🏻😀

Life around the world is extremely difficult now adays. Trying to get everyday things is challenging. No exceptions when trying to buy a vehicle, With lock downs in place . Well Empire Auto group in London Ontario especially Shawn and Nicole, they were extremely professional and new there stuff,when it came down to purchasing my Toyota Highlander. This was A new experience for me. I highly recommend Shawn and Nicole. Thank you very much.
