Thank We appreciate your feedback, in response to the situation regarding poor service, the dealership has stipulations that need to be met. When financing at the time you asked us to bend the rules and ignore the stipulations that the bank required in order to meet the full approval. We as dealer partners with the bank can not bend rules or ignore stipulations. Thank you again for your feedback.

Thank you for your feedback, in this case us the dealer partners cannot participate in a straw deal and once you were attempting to provide more than one applicant at the time in order to gain a full approval caused our investigation team internally to flag your application at which point we could no longer proceed, sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot finance you.

Great experience. When I couldn’t get financing for a bigger vehicle but Osman managed to somehow. Would definitely recommend him. Beyond great full!!

Kareem, Nicole and the whole team are extremely helpful and diligent in the whole process. You won't regret dealing with Empire Auto Group. I have never dealt with a dealership that cares so much and give you the best client experience at the same time. I would definitely recommend them!

Very happy with the car i bought so far except disappointed in ozzi because he promised me to take care of paying the first month but finally didny hope you guys van fix the situation since he never got back to me since i messaged him about that other wise im very satisfied and it would be a five star
