Service Department - Trevor Ragowski

Purchased a new 2019 CR-V Touring in March. Spoke to Trevor about rear Aero Kit that turned out to be the wrong kit. Trevor kept me totally informed and up to date. The new kit was ordered and installed the following day. At the same time I had ordered wind visors for all doors. Trevor insured the visors were exactly as I had requested and provided me pictures of the visors on the vehicle to ensure they met with my approval. Could not ask for better service.

From poor experience to really good experience

I've purchased 3 different vehicles from Brantford Honda since 2015, the first being a CRV ex-l, second being a Civic Coupe ex-l and the last being a CRV Touring. Every single car I've gotten has never had any problems what so ever (which to me is absolutely unheard of with the amount of lemon experiences you hear these days, not Honda but overall). My first CRV actually saved my life in a head on collision where an elderly women ran a red light, split her toyota venza in half (luckily no injuries to either party). I still have my little civic with my cry and i wouldn't trade them for anything. Brantford Honda as a whole, is pretty great too. I had a very poor experience with the general manager Mike Anderson at first (he corrected it, no problem), had a great experience with the first/second sales rep Chris, and an even better experience with the last sales rep Calvin (truly a joy to work with Calvin, seriously, see the guy if you want a new car). But the experience that continually brings me back to this dealership is Trevor in the service department. Probably one of the friendliest and most genuine human beings I've ever run into. Overall, 10/10 experience at this point in time, and I plan to continue to buy cars from them every 2-3 years.

I have driven Honda all my life and dealt with many dealerships; I have found Brantford Honda the best out of all of them. Casey O'Neill sold me my most recent 2014 Honda Civic Si. I found my experience with him low-pressure and very professional. Thanks Casey!
