Not good Honda dealers . Booked just for the oil change and oil filter change my vehicle was about almost a year old . They said I need to get the break callipers inspected and checked. So all wheels needed to be uninstalled. The technician mentioned an error code that doesn’t even appeared on the maintenance information on the vehicle. I researched what that codes means the letter and numbers so I have an idea. I was about to argue with the technician but i just let it go didn’t want to make any scene , but I should have because i was charged for something not needed to be done . That’s why never came back to this worst dealership ever again. This technicians are not mechanic they don’t know shit they just want to upsell something to the customers. That’s why I taught myself to change oil , transmission fluid change, break pads and rotors replacement. I don’t have any idea about vehicles and how to fix any issues but taught myself and asked people who have car knowledge. My vehicle is 8 years old and no issues sine i have owned it. Runs smoothly starts up all the time even in the coldest part of winter not issue whatsoever and i hope still no issues for at least couple more years. Especially now buying a vehicle is like buying a house. Price skyrocketed over night plus higher maintenance fees for owning a vehicle. Never thought that now a days people have to spend 40k for a compact vehicle and that’s the starting price. Comparing to few years back for that price you can drive a luxury vehicle top of the line.

This is my 4th Honda from Brantford Honda. My experiences dealing with the staff have been generally good until now. I bought a 2019 CRV EX-L in mid March and honestly have nothing but negative things to say. The sales process was good other than the very end when the rep offered me a gift which I still have not received. I could care less about receiving any gifts for the purchase. Its more of a principle thing, if you say you are going to gift something and don't its much worst then not offering anything at all. The first time I took the CRV through a car wash the sunroof was leaking, no problem I took it back to Brantford Honda, they found the track was defective from the factory and the entire sunroof needed to be replaced. Again no problem, lets get it replaced. Which ever "mechanic" replaced the sunroof could have cared less about the vehicle. There were grease marks all over the sun visors, sunroof shade and linear. This was a vehicle with 1800 km!... Oh and almost forgot to mention the driver side sun visor was broke and need to be replaced, the middle rear seat belt clip was inside the roof linear making the seat belt unusable, scratches to multiple plastic pieces and one missing all together. Not sure how this vehicle was given back to me in this state but it was. Its been 3 weeks now and I am still waiting on a sun visor that is back ordered. The whole experience has soured my perception of Honda and unfortunately this will likely be the last time I will be dealing with Brantford Honda.

I used to like coming here great service etc... then i take my vehicle in for service and when i pick it up i go 2 mins to the nearest gas station to fill my brand new van and there is a large dent and scratch on it. I immediately go back,(total elapsed time maybe 15 mins) and have to argue about it. They eventually fixed it at their cost but I was made to feel like I was trying to scam them.

Had great sales and service here. They have improved recently, although getting a service appointment (usually a good experience), seems to take too long. Usually about a week or sometimes more. Success can sometimes work against you.

I Agree with the last comment, I never did get the guys name, however it felt the same way. We were looking for a cheap car for our 17 year old son and he kept trying to push the "higher end" cars looking to see if there was some one else was coming in, kinda of pushing us off to the side...Again i can not confirm it is the same sales rep but the way we felt was the same as the last comment made. Maybe some sales training is needed....Just sayin! Any sale no matter how small or big is so important to the bottom dollar for any business. So in closing we went to ford and bought 3 cars in the last 6 months...
