Bought a 2013 Fit from them a couple of years ago. We'll start with the not so bad: The sales process seemed greasy - They had the list price, I counter offered and then, when they said no to my offer, they added in a maintenance package in their counter offer to bring the price up to the original price. Now to the bad: About three weeks after I bought the car, I was driving with my family (mom, dad and wife) and the steering and all electrical (radio, dash lights etc.) stopped working...while going up a curved hill. I had to slam on the brakes to avoid a serious collision. I brought the car to them to "inspect". They had it all day long and, at the end of the day, they said they couldn't find any issues. A few weeks later, the same problem happened. I drove straight to the closest mechanic to have it inspected. That mechanic popped the hood and laughed - the battery wasn't hooked up...the connection was just dangling on the terminal. Really Brantford Honda? How did it get sold to me in that condition? How wasn't such a simple issue caught when you inspected my car after the problem was reported? Flash forward a year or so - I brought my car to Honda for a recall. Since I had the car there, I thought I might as well get my summer tires changed over to my winter tires - thinking "how could they mess up tires?" Well, congratulations, Brantford Honda...you can also mess up tires! A few days after driving, my hub flew off while driving down the road (a flat road). Then, this year, when switching over my winter tires to my summer tires, the mechanic pointed out that my summer tires were basically garbage because they were worn down to the bead. How didn't Honda catch this or warn me? Bottom line - Not a single good experience at Brantford Honda. I wouldn't trust them to boil water let alone get in a vehicle they have "inspected".
