Dear Mr. Manager, Today (Aug 25th) my wife and I stopped by your dealership and when we approached the main desk the lady behind the desk was on the phone so another administrative person stated she would have a salesperson help us. She walked over to the second desk next to the window where a gentleman was sitting and upon her return informed us the salesperson would be with us shortly as he was just finishing an email. We waited approximately 4 minutes in the showroom then proceeded just outside the main doors to view the vehicle we were interested in, the Tiguan. After waiting 15 minutes I returned inside to see the salesperson walk past the desk and disappeared in the back. We then decided to leave. I recommend at your next general meeting you remind your sales staff they are in the business of selling cars and having clients wait 15 minutes + is not acceptable. We drove to another VW dealer and now are deciding on which of the two vehicles we saw that we are going to purchase. signed: not impressed.

Flawless process, even to the point of our new vehicle was not ready and they gave us a loaner for 2 weeks. I have never been a loyal customer when it comes to buying a vehicle but Bytek has changed that for me. Thanks Lesley and JD you guys were great. Thanks again for everything.
