I have been a loyal Toyota customer for 15 years and was trying to lease my fourth vehicle with them. I was willing to extend my lease in order to wait for another corolla to come in. After 5 months of waiting, with about a month to go until the extended lease came due, I was told that a vehicle still was unavailable and they didn't have an idea when I would get one and they couldn't extend the lease past 6 months. This meant that in about a month, I was very likely going to be without a car if I didn't buy out my lease. I could not extend my lease any more. Ok, not happy but I thought maybe I can work around this. I asked if in a month when the extended lease was up, would they honour the 1% loyalty discount on my financing costs and was surprised and angered to discover they would no longer give it (Toyota Canada issue not Jackson's Toyota?). So after 3 vehicles and 15 years I felt my Toyota loyalty meant nothing. Final Straw! I am now the proud owner of a new Honda. I do want to thank Andrew Black who put in a lot of time and effort into getting me a new vehicle! You certainly did your job well! Chantal Wolf

I recently picked up my 2024 Sienna XSE from Jackson’s Toyota, and once again, they exceeded my expectations! This is my second purchase from Jackson’s, having driven off with my 2023 GR Supra last year. Both times, the team was fantastic. A special thank you to my salesman, Eric McCormack, who was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and made sure the entire process was smooth. And a big shoutout to Claus Fleischmann (my Supra’s salesman) for going the extra mile to ensure everything was seamless. Their attention to detail, patience, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction made the experience truly exceptional. I was having my car repaired and Dona Pereira helped me through the process. She was courteous and very professional. Also, Dona was very patient with me. First time I'd taken my car in and she even answered all of the my silly questions and steered me down the right path. She put up with me for two days! Thank you so much.

Cheating place .... all other Toyota services charging $100 + tax for oil change for rav4 but this jackson's toyota charging $137 .... don't ever go here .... cheaters ....

Came in with an older Matrix with transmission error lights popping up. Using my own scan tool i found the code, which I gave to them. For their diagnostic I was charged for 1 hour shop time ($160) with the only work being done was a visual inspection and another scan, with recommendation of going further with internal inspection of the transmission. Not only was this information already known, which I shared with them, but the car was not even given a test drive to even feel see how the transmission is acting (ODO in and out is 1km). After talking to the service manager, he proceeded to ask why I even bothered coming to Toyota, and why I didn't go elsewhere. Magically, the charge was dropped to 1/2 hour of shop time. Was the car even looked at for the full hour? I still don't see the price as fair at all, as it was nearly $100 to be told a diagnostic code already known. A $4 supply fee was also added as a 'standard fee' on all services (Derrick explained), a deceptive practice. This is my first and last time going to Jackson's Toyota

Worst customer service, they don't care and make you wait even with an appointment. Answering the phone is more important then having someone in front of you with an appointment ready to purchase a vehicle. Go anywhere else.
