The staff is professional and courteous in their dealings with my wife and me. They go beyond the norm in looking after our car such as a car wash before we pick up the car.

Purchased a 2016 GMC Canyon. Good experience all round. My only issue was although I paid in advance, an additional lease payment was taken from my bank account within a week. It took 10 days and numerous phone calls to get this issue fixed. When all they had to do was have me come by the dealership and credit my debit card. I was told the delay was figuring out who owed me the money - GMC or Leggat, really how is this the customers fault. And then you mailed me a cheque, more delay This issue is in no way related to Lance. This is clearly a business office issue. And I believe I am meant to get free services but I have not received any follow up on this. Thank you for listening.
