Wonderful service. My advisor even let me know my drain plug was stripped from my previous visit and ensured it was fixed accordingly.

Came in for an ordinary oil change; received the best customer service experience I have received in YEARS. From a member of the service team speaking to me in the parking lot to help direct me, then the service advisor offering me a complimentary car wash and breakfast. Services was performed promptly without "extra" charges and everyone was very friendly while maintaining a professional atmosphere. As long as I own this vehicle and live in Ontario, this will be the place I go to for all my vehicle needs.

I contacted this dealer online and filled out their form including an offer for a truck. I received a call moments later indicating to me that the truck was available, offer was a good one and I had a few questions that were answered. I was told that the sales manager was not present and that they would call back to proceed with my purchase. They called back at noon and told me another potential customer was coming to the dealer to take a look at the truck for 1:15pm. I then told them that I was serious on purchasing the truck, (they were aware that I was 2 hours away) and I immediately offered to make a deposit. I was told that they would check with the sales manager Kevin Bodden and call me back right away. Over 5 hours later the same sales person finally called me only to tell me the truck was sold. It's pretty obvious that these guys would rather work with customers that walk through their door rather than online or the telephone. I contacted them first... why wouldn't they had at least countered my offer? Yep, just incase the other customer didn't make the purchase. So, I was first but treated second. I did not mention the salesperson as I feel this was the works of upper management.

Larry has sold my wife and I at least 5 new cars and Trucks and to freinds of my as well The only reason we will come to him again is because is he makes you fell comfortable and walks with you through every step of the way to make your buying experience easy So I thank Larry for that He is to be commended RANDY & DONNA Woodburn

Its different here-you are treated like family from the moment you call, this is why i only purchase and get my vehicle serviced at Leggat in Burlington. Valarie, Laurie and Chris are fantastic !

Waited a long time for my car - it was ready but I opted out of the additional suggested work and then waited a long time to have my vehicle washed - then it was waiting in the garage area for about 20 minutes and no-one told me - I was sitting in the waiting room the whole time..... I love the service, the welcome is always great - the breakfast is a definite bonus - just don't want to be treated poorly because I opted out of having additional work done. I was there at least an hour and a half and my car was ready after about 45 minutes as it was simply an oil change and maintenance. I would still recommend it and I would still buy a car there but I was really disappointed that one time. Thanks and sorry for the complaint - but I guess it's better to know than to have a disgruntled customer. Thanks for caring.
