Mark your service manager has helped me now twice to provide me with what I needed from his department and makes it easy to obtain good service work for my higher mileage vehicle. Andy always meets my demands and even more to assist me in staying happy with the end of the repair results. Special thanks to Randy and his team in parts department and to both technicians Craig and Mark for fixing up the grand prix with new parts. Mark and Chris your foremen also helped with the test drives to determine exactly what was needed. Keep up the good work thank you Chris Katunas.
