Was debating buying a new car but Moh Makki took the time to explain everything. I got myself a Ram truck and I also bought a Dodge Grand Caravan for my family. I love my new cars! Financing was easy, cars delivered on time and Moh took the time to show me all the features in the both vehicles. I will always recommend Finch Chrysler for anyone wanting to purchase a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram just talk to moh he is really very helpful and professional. Thanks

I recently bought a 2021 Dodge Ram, 1500 Truck at Finch Chrysler Dodge and the experience was absolutely amazing! This is my second purchase with my sales representative “Craig Harwood” and the team at Finch! Craig was very knowledgeable about the truck and was really helpful during the sales process. Craig made me feel comfortable with no pressure to buy & went out of his way to help me make my decision. If someone asked me why I choose Finch? I tell them, its there service! I have never been treated better then from the team at Finch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! Bought a 2017 Ram. Sales person was a young kid who promised things and undersold. Had the vehicle in for the eight time to have a problem fixed the service dept argued wasn’t happening. Finally, armed with video evidence they decided to fix it. Vehicle has been in service more than In my driveway. The only wonderful thing about the company is Courtney in customer care and Serge who knows I bought a lemon - but can’t do a thing about it. As disappointed with this new vehicle as I was with the first brand new Ford I purchased many many years ago. Best vehicle for the buck and service in my lifetime has been Hyundai and Kia. The loaner I get is more reliable than.the vehicle I bought - no incentives either to compensate so far.

The sales experience was sub-par at best for a company we had no dealings with let alone a company we were spending well over $100,000 at in the course of just 2 years. Our return was not incentivized whatsoever. Had we of known this we would have happily gone to a dealer closer to our house. We had noticed a problem with our new Jeep staying is second gear. My wife took it in for a service appointment and voiced her concerns. The service department told her it was fine. I had it out just yesterday and when making a left hand turn the shifter just popped out of gear and I had no acceleration. Luckily I reacted quickly as this has become the norm for the Jeep. This is totally unacceptable for a new vehicle with less than 10K km on it. I am very unimpressed that the dealer would shrug off such a glaring safety concern. Overall we are very disappointed.
