Awesome cars, competitive prices and great service. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I have bought three cars in the past four years and all three are still in great condition! Moe Maki was the sales rep that helped me with most of my purchases. I highly recommend Finch Chrysler.

Purchased a 2019 Ram Sport with 12 inch navigation system , Maximum steel metallic with running boards, tonneau cover, all weather mats and splash guards. Mike Johnson and Craig Harwood looked after me primarily to ensure I received the vehicle I was looking for. These gentleman did a great job ensuring the vehicle was sourced and delivered in a timely manner. Greg Proulx was very helpful with warranty purchase and explaining my options. A special shout out to the service department for accessorizing and delivering the vehicle in a spotless manner for me to drive away. Well done Finch Chrysler!

I recently purchased a Dodge Durango R/T from Craig Harwood. The service and overall experience of the sales process was excellent. Following my purchase, I also bought a set of snow tires/rims. They gave me a great deal and I am very happy with their recommendation. I had not dealt with Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep for over a decade but would deal with Craig and Finch again.

Justin Thorburn has yet again gone the extra mile to make our latest Jeep purchase an easy one. He made sure we had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle before we made our decision. Answered any questions we had and followed up with us to ensure we were happy with our new vehicle. We are repeat customers and will most assuredly be back again.

Big hit or big miss when you come here: Service / Parts: - Each time I come here I usually try to seek out David Franz, walking into the service bay and seeing the 3 desks it feels like a self checkout at the grocery store. David right off the bat greeted me and welcomed me to their dealership helping me out with my reason for being there, that guy is the definition of superb customer service and needs to be recognized for it! I believe he's moved to parts now which is a huge blow to their service team but an amazing part of their lineup nonetheless. John would be my next best choice should you have to select your own, he's usually further back with a lot of enthusiasm and very friendly, look for the grey hair and big smile! Sales: - Craig Harwood. Write that name down because that's who you need to go see. I've met alot of sales people and Craig is among the best in the business, whether you have a quick question or are looking for something specific or need anything at all he's there to help you out and do whatever he can to make you feel valued. At the time that I was looking for a vehicle Craig was more than helpful, unfortunately I didn't purchase my vehicle at Finch (although I wish I could have through Craig), when it comes time to finding my next Mopar I know exactly who I'm going to. Management: - Service Manager Jim seems hit and miss. Jim helped me look into getting my 2017 Charger Bumper repainted under warranty through FCA as it was showing signs of paint chipping due to being over tightened on install. Jim sent off the request and said he would follow up and I was left without hearing back until I religiously asked them to check in and resend the request. Months later we finally got the go ahead to have the bumper repainted fully (small victory). I picked up my Charger after 3 days to find that the paint job done on the bumper looked like trash to be nice. Having worked in an auto factory and in the paint department for years you could see obvious and visible defects in the paint, there was dirt, craters, and spots where the clear coat was thin to non existent. When I informed Jim who had been "looking after me" the response I got was some made up shenanigans about the craters in the paint: "these dimples are locating dimples for Europe licence plates". This is the most made up hogwash I've ever heard from a shop, instead of taking ownership in the error a blatant lie was used to try to conceal an error on someone who may be naive and not know better. This led to me escalating my issue further up the chain to Mike. - Mike Beernick. I emailed Mike after my issues with the bumper who was apologetic and immediately came through with a solution, passing my information on to Jeff Spoor they told me to come back whenever I felt like it to have my issue resolved. No if ands or buts they took care of it from there on out. Jeff was superb in keeping in touch with me and ensuring the repair was done to my satisfaction. I can't thank Mike and Jeff enough for taking care of me the way I felt should have been done the first time I notified someone of the paint issues. Bodyshop: - Not sure who painted it the first time but when I went to pick it up after the proper repaint the guy in the body shop apologized for his coworkers paint job and explained that they left him with no time to properly do it and instead rushed him. The paint this go around was much cleaner and of a higher quality that you'd expect, the bodyshop guy proudly showed me his work and let me go over it with him. These guys and gals are worked hard and I don't hold anything against them. Long story short if Finch Chrysler didn't have employees like David, Craig, and some of the others who I haven't named I simply wouldn't come here. They have great employees who need to be recognized and some older/long term employees who may need to take a page from the younger staff's customer service book.
