Giving finch Chrysler a 5 star cause there's no option for higher stars. I went to finch inquiring on buying and Justin Thornburn was beyond amazing . He helped me get out of an awful loan for a car I didn't love. He got me into the jeep I've always wanted with a low interest rate and he's always there for me if I have any questions about the vehicle and always keeps in touch to make sure everything is running smoothly . I could not ask for a better person to help me buy a car and I highly recommend him to anyone on the car buying market . You won't be disappointed . Thanks again Justin:)

Justin or Josh(he had a baby face)(also a bunch of toys in his cubicle) was way too pushy while trying to sell us vehicles we weren't interested in. When we got there we waited for 20 minutes for him even though we had an appointment only to find out that the cars he had said were at that location weren't actually at that location. On top of that they did not put on all seasons or wintertires during the winter before test drives which is a major concern especially when our roads are constantly covered in black ice.

We came in with the purpose of looking at potential jeeps. We live in Chatham and had been searching dealerships looking for the right Jeep for my girlfriend. We came in. spoke with Justin Thorburn and within our first visit to the dealership we ended up making a deal on not only her Jeep but one for myself as well. We absolutely love our Jeeps and referred a few family and friends to him as well who have ended up purchasing from him. Thanks Justin!
