We had a great experience. Rob our sales person was great. Everything went so smooth. No pressure at all. We knew the car we wanted to see when we arrived within minuets they handed us the keys to take her for a ride. When we can to pick up the car when the paper work was done the car was running and waiting for us to drive it away. Will definitely come here in the future to purchase a car again. Great work guys keep it up!! Huge thank you from the Antinello family!!

First time buying here and would consider returning for next vehicle. No pressure sales and deal was fair. Knowledgeable and very helpful staff who even gave me tips on selling my own vehicle privately! Truck was ready in less than a week. My only quip is that it only came with one key and fob, though staff have told me that they often get the second set within a month. I will wait for now, and continue to drive my new-to-us truck! Thanks again! <><

The idea of allowing customers to walking and "try" vehicles with no hassle of sales people walking you out to the vehicle and showcasing it is clearly awesome. People have the internet and can, for the most part (subjectively), educate themselves. So that was great. The Sale itself seemed just OK. The sales guy was very nice and polite (definitely approachable), he tried to use the art of silence (he who talks first loses) but kept oddly saying "yeah, uhmm so yeah". It doesn't matter to me, because I was already sold - just something I noticed. However; the only thing I did not like which is why I'm giving a 3 out of 5, is this; I asked "when will the car would be ready" and I received "It depends on what we need to do to it, but approximately a week from now...maybe sooner". While this is OK (hence the rating), I would have appreciated a more definitive answer and/or a potential follow up call to let me know if the date needs to be changed. All-in-all the process is OK. I think most people will come back simply because the try before you buy concept is stellar.

car not cleaned, mentioned to salesperson, was told....what do you want, it's a used car.....will NOT recommend to others, have been told it's all going downhill since Dad retired!!

Beautifully maintained car lot. Well lit so browsing after dark is no problem. The pricing is good. It's nice to know when you look at the price that they are not hoping you don't know much about vehicles and will unknowingly pay an inflated price. Topping it off is a staff that makes you sure that the good deal you think you are getting is the good deal you are getting.

My 20 year old daughter recently bought a 2007 Mazda 3, manual transmission car from you. We searched your web site first to see if there was a suitable car at your dealership for her and found the Mazda 3 so decided to make the 45 minute trip to test drive that vehicle. Your web site is very well laid out and easy to use. The cars we wanted to see are very easy to find as all your vehicles are in sections based on the make of the vehicle, prices are clearly marked as well as a description of the vehicle including mileage. Our daughter gave her licence to the salespeople and was allowed to test drive the car as well as 3 other cars and the Mazda 3 twice to make sure that was what she wanted. She bought the Mazda 3 and upon pick-up we were happy to see that an oil change was done, new wiper blades installed and an air filter. The car had been thoroughly checked over and was very clean and ready for her to drive it off the lot! We will return and buy another vehicle form your dealership! Thank you so much for making car buying such a pleasure and happy moment for our daughter!

We were warmly received, Our needs were met quickly and efficiently and we were under no pressure to make a decision. I don't know why people go anywhere else to their car shopping.
