It took too long to get our vehicle and then when we did get it we were very disappointed with the condition that it was in. It had scratches all over it that wasn't there before we purchased it. Other wise the service was excellent

I purchased a vehicle for the first time at Haldimand Motors. After picking up my vehicle, I found there was a lot of steering wheel vibration on the highway. Within the 30 day mechanical warranty, I returned to Haldimand to get it checked out; unfortunately, I had to return 3 times before the problem was actually solved. However, I was amazed at the customer service provided during this time. In the end, Haldimand Motors repaired more than what was just necessary at no cost to me, and the problem was eventually fixed. I will definitely return here for another car purchase, and will give nothing but positive reviews. Thank you Haldimand Motors for being a used car dealership I can trust!

Would have given 4 out 5 stars but the sales guy today seem more interested in rushing my final paperwork, so that he can get back to his mates that were waiting for clients to come in. Overall, I am pleased with Haldimand and this is my second purchase and will continue to purchase at Haldimand.

I recently purchased my 2007 Honda Civic through Haldimand Motors, and was extremely satisfied with the service provided to me. They allowed me to drive the vehicle to my mechanic for a second opinion, and did not push me for the sale. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, I asked them to complete a small work order recommended by my mechanic. They did everything I requested, and more! I will definitely be recommending Haldimand Motors to everyone I know.
