Customer dissatisfaction

A called the salesperson a couple of times . Told me he would call me back . Never did . I value your time . It's very disrespectful for not returning the phone calls . That are needed for customers appreciation . I was misusing a floor mat . When picked up the car . Told me he didn't have time to look for it . It's not about the mat . That I'm concerned . But it's the attitude towards customers satisfaction . This is my second car that I purchased from there . Most likely it will be my last one . Very dissapointed with the service . Thank you . EVERYONE in my family has a car from here. We will always be buying a car from you. Your service is excellent. We always know we are getting a quality car. Very bad after sale service

I bought a mazda 5, but it is taking Haldimand motors more than 2 weeks to deliver, I was earlier told that I may expect the vehicle delivered to me at toronto ( i will pay extra for that) in a week, But Today I have been told that It will take minimum of a week, I do think they prioritize the delivery based on profits Haldimand is making, and the profits they are making on my car is less... I do not know if I will buy a car from them again or not, but I would have been happy if they stuck to their promise, Tom is my sale man,.

No pressure sales . Liked the varity of vehicles to choose from. Very friendly staff . Getting caught in rain with worn out wipers on the way home was a bit of a bummer though

Purchased 2011 Buick Regal on Monday and needed it to be ready before Friday due to family emergency. Janet was more than willing to accommodate my request and was extremely pleasant to deal with.
