They detailed (cleaned) the car twice when they didnt have to. Supplied me with a loaner car quickly. Exellent helpfull staff. All in all you do not see this type of service very often. Many cars to choose from. I highly recommend Haldimand Motors to anyone looking for a good, affordable, used car. J. Murphy.

However, I am not impressed how the car was presented to me. The interior seats are all stained and the inside needed a better cleaning. There were marks on the outside of the car, I did point them out to the salesman . He said , you can buy a wax stick and cover it up. He didn't seem to have time for us after we paid . Not even a hand shake .It is the second car I have purchased at Haldimand . After the first car, I had EVERY reason to come back and purchase again. Not only was my car spotless , I was treated with respect and felt good about my purchase. My husband (Nelson West) also purchased his nissan Xterra at Haldimand and was more than pleased. Just to let you know...I am Extremely Disappointed. Tammy West

Our family has boought 5 cars from Haldimand. Always a pleasure to deall with from the front counter staff, to the sales staff and the service dept. Love that there is no dickering. They are good to fix and/or replace things on the vehicle that you are buying.

Really appreciate your sales philosophy. Your approach is really good, let the customer look round without being constantly bugged. We chose what we wanted and explained we wanted the car. Everything went well with the salesman (Rob). On the down side it took a while to sort a collection date, Rob a little bit offhand but, whatever, it all worked out well in the end. Excellent delivery and very pleased with our vehicle, though again, I have to say, all a little bit rushed, though I appreciate - what is a huge deal for us was probably one of thirty or forty deals for you guys on that day. So yes, a wonderful experience and I will always recommend you to colleagues and friends. Thank you for all your help, Ian Hollingworth
