My experience with Haldimand Motors was horrible. I love my car but it most definitely sold itself. I will never buy a car from them again in the future and I will most definitely pass my experience along to others. First off, my "sales person" doesn't work the only day I ever visited haldimand (total of 3 times) so I have no idea how he ended up being my sales rep seeing as I had never even met him. I was told my car would be ready in "about a week" when it took 3. Anytime I called haldimand regarding the status of my car they would have no idea where it was etc. They told me twice in one week they would return my call once they did know and they never did. Once I did pick up my car I was asked to sign off on the fact I had declined certain options such as a rust box when I actually was never asked or given the option.... I was completely disappointed in that sense. My best friend and boyfriend BOTH bought a new vehicle from other dealerships at the same time and their customer service was absolutely amazing. The excitement aspect of buying a new car was completely killed by Haldimand Motors. When your putting out a substantial amount of money the least they could do is have good customer service. Definitely a severely dissatisfied customer.

I pointed out my concern with taking possession of the car that has some cosmetic defects and that my wife would be critical of me for buying it. I was impressed how quickly the scuff marks were buffed out and that the sales order listed the details of dent removal , steering wheel painting and general clean up. Totally satisfied with vehicle.

Excellent friendly service, we know we will find good vehicles properly serviced and at a good price. My husband and I have recommended Haldimand motors to our children , relatives and friends. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Haldimand motors.

Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. Having lost my husband recently and being an older and inexperienced purchaser I felt no pressure and was able to have numerous visits in order to feel satisfied with my final choice. I have been a customer for approximately 2 years, this being my second purchase, and I always feel so comfortable whether it's in service or sales someone is always so welcoming. The professionalism of all is truly outstanding!! I hope to continue our experience for a long time. Keep up the good work !!

I had a pleasant experience dealing with Haldimand. They were always courteous and patient as I test drove vehicle after vehicle until we found one, a 2012 Ford Focus SEL that met our family's requirements. There were only a couple of downsides: they couldn't provide both keys that the vehicle was delivered with when new (only one was provided to Haldimand when they got it), resulting in a significant expense; and my wife was disappointed when the vehicle didn't have the original owner's manual. (That one was easily taken care of with a download from the Ford website.) Also, there was a minor issue with the glove box that I'll be taking to the service department. Overall though, I'm very happy.

Felt there was too many people handling my application, Poor communication, I was told vehicle would be ready early the following week and I get a phone call 30 mins later saying it was ready. Saleperson who completed final paperwork, sat at his desk eating corn nuts while going over the paper work. I found this very unprofessional. I am happy with my purchase overall, detailing was poor when picked it up
