Recently, my wife and I had to find another car after ours was written off due to a collision with a deer. We visited Haldimand Motors, test drove several vehicles, and decided to purchase one. The service was fine; the only disappointment was having to wait ten days for the car to be ready. We understand that that's due to the way things work at Haldimand, and in that respect, have no particular complaint. We were just quite eager to have the car, since we were concerned that we might be left without transportation when the insurance coverage for the rental car ran out.

I personally love Haldimand Motors, my family has purchased many cars from them over the years. No hassle test driving the cars. No problem at all having our own mechanic look a vehicle over before purchasing it . Absolute best. This is the first time I would rate my experience low. The reason is because I was not asked about being referred to an insurance company. I would have said no if I had been asked as I am happy with my current insurance company. I did not give any permission to share my personal information, ie: phone number and email address to a third party. I was extremely disappointed that this excellent reputable company would do something like that. My privacy is extremely important and I hope this problem is rectified for future buyers.

Very pleasant to come in to look at cars and not have a sales rep on you like voltures, the sale's rep I had made me feel very comfortable, and was very professional and understanding, My wife is very pleased with the Dodge Caliber. Thanks again.

Peter was a my sales person, great guy, I felt very comfortable , I did not feel pressured, and I also found a great car and got lots of advice. I have never bought a car before and this was my first experience, and let me tell you it was great!

Staff were always friendly. They joked around and made me feel welcome! I loved that I could go in a test drive any vehicle! Was giving car facts and they even took the time to go over the details of the reports. I didn't like that I didn't know when I would be able to pick up my vehicle (I do understand that its difficult to give an exact date). When I picked up my vehicle they told me that they had cleaned it however, there was still mud on the back seat. Dan (my sales man) was lovely! Since it was my first car I didn't really know what everything meant and he took the time to explain everything! He also went through all the extra packages and warranties. I was very happy that they gave me an oil change and new window wipers!! Overall, I was impressed and would buy another vehicle from Haldimand!

My wife and I are under a consumer proposal and wasn't sure we could arrange financing. They made it easy and got us a much better rate than we where expecting. 10.9 % as opposed to the 16 % they initially said we would probably be looking at. We got a 2012 Toyota Corolla with 70 k for a good price. We are repeat customers and will be back again next time we need a new car.
