5 star service from beginning to end!! We just drove off the lot today with our new Honda Civic. It is a new car for our daughter. We went into several dealerships looking for the right car. I can tell you, without a doubt, Brantford Honda is different. We worked with Mike Anderson, who felt more like a friend then a salesman. He had our best interests at heart, was patient and made things happen for us. It is almost old school customer care. Customer focused and satisfaction is key. We love the car. Scott spent a great deal of time going through the operation of the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. We are thrilled and could not wait to post the positive review about this gem of a dealership!! Highly recommended!!!

My Service Advisor Todd was very knowledgeable and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, Todd had my vehicle completed sooner than I expected and explained the work that was performed. I will definitely be back.

First off I never write reviews. I'm a firm believer in Karma and treating your fellow man with kindness, honesty and respect. Im not going to mention the rep that dealt with them as he may hopefully recognize that taking advantage of the elderly is not cool and what goes around will eventually come around. Im hoping that a service manager will take a look at the review and contact for more info. I was thoroughly disappointed in the service provided by xxxx. My elderly parents went to get their brake pads replaced. They have approx 45000km on their civic. Somehow they were convinced that they need to get their rotors done at the same time. My dad insisted that he never requested the rotors to be done. Classic upsell by xxxx. I came to the dealership to pay for the work and Xxxx was berating them when I showed up on how do you get brake pads replaced without getting rotors replaced. You can do one without the other. Especially with only 45 clicks its soo unlikely that anything was wrong with the rotors. I just thought he was very unprofessional and walked out of the dealership feeling as if my parents had been conned. Bill was triple what we expected due to other work. Feeling extremely dejected about Brantford Honda. I was born and raised in the city and disappointed that this dealership shares the same name as our town.

Got an oil change this previous Saturday and wanted just a simple oil change but they tried to sell me on 400 dollars extra worth of work then after I said I didnt want it done tried to scare me into it by saying if anything happens and they didnt inspect my brakes or replace certain fluids my warranty is null and void. Dont think this is good customer service on Hondas side and just lost me as a customer and I will not be getting any service done or purchasing a new veichle here in the future.
