Our experience with Bytek VW was amazing. We couldn't be happier with our new golf sport-wagon. Kristian Peshev was our sales associate. He made us feel like we were buying a car from an old friend. It was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you so much Kristian!

Although we were disapointed with the whole VW TDI issue and sad to see our 2015 Golf go, we were pleased with the Buy Back/Trade-in process VW put in place and which this dealership executed for its customers. We traded in our beloved Golf TDI and upgraded to a 2017 Tiguan, Comfortline. This represents the third VW product we have purchased from Bytek since 2010 and we have been pleased with our experience on each occasion. The sales staff, lead by Andrew Crowe, as well as the maintenance group and Admin were a pleasure to deal with. We were treated very well, in a friendly, professional manner and felt we made a good deal each time. This time, everyone went above and beyond to ensure this unusual process went smoothly. Andrew Crowe, especially, must be singled out for his help and support throughout. He dealt with us personally and we are thankful for all he did to get us into our new car. This is a top notch dealership, the VW product is always good value (despite the TDI issue) and the people at Bytek are always a pleasure to deal with. I recommend Bytek for your next VW purchase without reservation.

Terrible service. I had the dissatisfaction to talking to John Meirins directly a while back and judging by how he treats people; it shows why his dealership is ran in that manner. Absolutely no respect for people is a very greedy man. Also avoid Taylor Creek as well since he also owns it.

I've never had anything but a good experience here. I bought my car elsewhere, but have been bringing it here while I live in Ottawa. I couldn't be happier; the staff are always professional, and I never feel pressure to do any work other than what I came in for.
