Bytek in general and salesman JD Brown in particular were great to deal with, and worth the 5-hr drive from home. It took me only about 45 minutes to turn in a TDI and pick up a replacement, with all the paperwork completed previously. I would certainly deal with Bytek again if I lived closer.

Our experience with Bytek VW was amazing. We couldn't be happier with our new golf sport-wagon. Kris Peshev was our sales associate and he made us feel like we were buying a car from an old friend.
