My experience with Bytek staff was exceptional. I traded in my 2011 Jetta for a new vehicle due to the vw emissions situation. I was surprised at how organized and smoothly everything went. Kris Peshev was our salesperson who made us feel like family. His knowledge and patience with my many, many calls and questions was amazing. He went beyond what was expected and even retrieved some CDs that I had forgotten in the previous car for which I was very grateful. I cannot express how peaceful I felt through this whole transaction and I credit that to Kris and his expertise. I also thank Andrew Crowe and Rebecca Nickerson for their input. We have been dealing with Bytek since 2003 and have had no complaints with their service. I am very pleased with the Bytek team and look forward to future dealings with them. Thank you Bytek

Everything was great, including my sales rep, but there was a two hours plus wait for my new car to arrive. They had a MONTH to prepare it. Unacceptable!!!

VWs are great cars, but good dealers and service are harder to find, which is why we've dealt with Bytek for 25+ years.
