I dealt with Sean at Empire he was great to work with very kind and friendly guy helped me get a great interest rate and a great new vehicle for my family. I would definitely recommend him to help you

I bought my car last month, I have gone through Empire Auto Group twice now and am 100% satisfied with the customer service I got. My credit was not the greatest the first time and they still got me in a great car at a great price. This time around my credit is much better and Nora and Osman got me a fantastic interest rate and an even better vehicle! I Would recommend Empire Auto Group all the way. Nora and Osman made it really simple to get me into a new car. No hassle, no stress just walked in and less than a week later in my new wheels :-)

Although I have not bought a vehicle from Empire Auto Group yet because I've been dealing with some personal stuff of my own, Nora has been working with me over the phone and through text messages for the past few weeks. She has diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Nora has been nothing but extremely professional and responsive and understandable and hasn't pushed me into anything I'm not comfortable with. I will be referring friends to her. She is such a lovely lady and I am happy to do business with her in the future.

I had a phone call from Empire Auto Group, the BDC Manager, Nora is the one who called me and suggested I should upgrade my vehicle into something newer with lower interest rate. Such a honest friendly lady - Sam is the best - Hesham was very helpful and Nazem was very understanding. The whole team is absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend anyone to go to Empire Auto Group and get your dream car from these guys. You won’t regret it. They will make it happen! I had such an amazing experience with them, they were all so nice and professional. I’m very happy with the experience. I will definitely come back in the future :).
