Customer Service has really declined in the past 6 months

I have been a loyal customer for over seven years and normally have good service. However, in November 2016, I had to bring my car in to the Bytek body shop for rust repair which is covered by the warranty. I started the process in the summer and it took months to get an appointment just to take photos, schedule the work, etc. It took them twice as long to fix the car as they had quoted me, and since they do not work on the weekend, I had to get a car rental for 9 days (when I was quoted maximum 5). They promised to pay for 3 of the extra days after I complained, but the rental company still charged me for the full amount. I have been going back and forth with them for four months, and each month they reassured me it was taken care of, but it never was. I eventually got fed up and called Enterprise directly and they credited me within days, no fuss, no hassle. To make matters worse, after only four months, the rust issues are back, so I will need to go through this awful process all over again. I also called the Service department to schedule another appointment 3 weeks ago and Called a number of times and could not reach a live person to speak to. I ended up leaving a message and they never returned my call. This past year, their customer service has really gone downhill. Assuming my warranty work is covered at all VW dealerships, I am planning on switching all my future appointments (body shop and service) to the Taylor Creek location.

I spun out on icy road and that led me to Bytek Volkswagen Collision Center. Car was in need of repairs and body work. Overall great work, body work shines like new, and I’m glad I chose this dealer over others offered by insurance company.

Bad Service - Bad Vehicle

My 2012 Tiguan; still owe $2400 0% financing; recently paid $400US -hatch/motor replacement, $1000US - front brakes replacement, $450US - reartire replacement . Now, Turbo booster system $0000 replacement, fortunately covered under warranty and ADDITIONALLY front coil spring assembly cracked, est. $1200. Bytek provided a brand new loaner, but 2 days later had an unexplained flat, had to pay $176 for new tire on a car I don't even own! THANKS FOR NOTHING...WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT BUSINESS AGAIN OR BUY ANOTHER VOLKSWAGON !

Excellent experience. Was served by Alex Grigorescu. I showed up with the intention only of looking at a few models, but Alex had me test drive each one and had my old car appraised at the same time. After the test drives, Alex showed me the trade-in value of my car and we looked at the side-by-side analysis of the models I was interested in. The information made my decision to buy the Golf R an easy one. Both Alex and David Vaughan followed-up with me by e-mail and offered to answer any questions. Within just over 1 week I was driving my new Golf R home. I would recommend Bytek Volkswagen to anyone and Alex Grigorescu in particular. I look forward to many years of having my car serviced at Bytek.
