Such a wonderful dealership. We had a awesome experience. and were treated with open arms the minute we walked through the door. Wayne greeted us right away. and basically guided us step, by step along the way. after only a few short days wayne got us into a 2014 Avenger. We are deeply satisfied with Oxford Dodge. And would highly recommend friends and family to go there. Oxford Dodge treated my wife and I like family. and we are looking forward in bringing our vehicle in for service!! Mark & Kim.

My van needed to come in for a recall part. I was a upset that it took over a month for the part to come in and I had to drive a vehicle that was sold to me by Oxford Dodge that was knowingly unsafe for that time period. It made me and my family very uneasy. However when the part did arrive, my experience in dealing with Darryl was pleasant.

Oil change. Oil is still in the car which is good. Said the car would be washed , but it wasn't. It didn't matter since it rained later anyway. Visually inspected the front suspension which was good.

Set up a service appointment for my Dodge C/V. The service was preformed and it was found I needed brake work. Mike gave me an estimate which I much appreciate and the work was completed the same day. The Dodge C/V is my work van and its good to know its in good hands as Oxford Dodge. Thanks again!!

There was miscommunication for the first visit as to what was supposed to be done and didn't hear about my Truck until I called the next to to learn it was done. Mike apologized for the mix up and arranged to get me in the next available appointment. Glad it did get taken care of and mike was very personable.

Darryl is always very accommodating when I come in to service my truck. He does his best to answer all my questions and is always friendly. However, the two issues I had with my 2014 Ram Eco Diesel were not repaired. The RPMs still bounce when idling and the front driver side suspension still creaks when I get in or out of the truck.
