Replace the Radio & try to figure out why the transmission light came on while I was on a 6 hr. drive. Radio works great could not get the tranny light to come on again or make the whining noise it made before coming on. I think you would have to take it on a long drive again on a very hot day to get it to do it again. I will monitor it for the future. I believe Darryl did everything in his power to try to resolve this problem.

I always feel respected and important when I deal with the service staff. From the girls that book my appointment, the guys in the garage, to the shuttle drivers. I wouldn't take my Jeep anywhere else.

He was very fast a courtesy in regards to getting me booked in, so the work on the van could be completed quickly. He answered all the questions that I had, even one's that where about things other then why I was there for service.

We purchased this new car because we got sick and tired of very poor customer service with BMW. So far, we are loving it, both the new car and the service we have received at this new dealership. I enjoyed dealing with Brad Elliott. Preparation of the vehicle for delivery was not great. There were lots of white spots on the outside of the truck, pink spots under the hood and plastic and paper from service left in the cab.

I brought my car in twice to have Oxford look at the seal between my sunroof and front windshield. After Rick was not able to look at my car, at the dealership,due to some mis- communication, Mike Summerfield gave me Rick's number to call . Rick was not interested in coming to see the car or meet me either after work or during my lunch hour. He recommended to take the car to an auto glass dealer. Just felt unappreciated.
