Brought Jeep Patriot in for a "peace of mind" driving inspection. Mike carefully reviewed maintenance records and suggested preventative maintenance schedule. Work was done on time and within quote. They even bring the car around to you like valet service!

Wanted to get my wife's 2001 PT Cruiser checked over so called Mike and made an appointment. Since I live in Aylmer and it is close to an hour drive to get to Oxford Dodge, Mike always keeps that in mind... Anyway, I had an appointment set and headed off. While enroute travelling northbound on Highbury south of London the right rear tire completely shredded while driving along. After stopping and calling CAA, I called Mike to let him know that I would be late and not quite sure exactly when I would arrive. First, he asked if I was OK, then reassured me that I need not worry about anything... He would arrange to fit me in when I get there. Later on that day I arrived and true to form, Mike did exactly as promised. We have become good friends in the sense of customer - service advisor is concerned... He treats my wife and I with respect and a sense of true helpfulness and knowledge when dealing with our vehicles...I had a peace of mind check on the Pt Cruiser which only has 131000 km on it and although the news was not exactly what I wanted to hear, I was accepting of it because of the way Mike explained everything to me. I normally get my car serviced when it is convenient to me and all of the service department personnel are helpful and call back to advise of any other problems with the vehicle.

Darryl did a great job at making sure the mechanic was going as fast as possible as I had a Dr. appointment to get to. We compared stories of our aging parents. My car was ready in no time flat and Darryl and his team were a pleasure!
