Worth the drive!

Would recommend Todd Baynham and Oxford Dodge to anyone who wishes to buy a vehicle. Todd is a genuine class act, he is knowledgable and an excellent representative of Oxford Dodge. My purchase was seamless and Todd ensured my customer care was nothing short of exemplary. Everyone I had contact with at the dealership made me feel welcome and that I mattered. I could have bought from a dealer closer to my city of residency but I made an excellent decision to buy from this first class dealership.

My brakes on my van were over heating, it was the long weekend. I dropped the an off Monday night. I was concerned about leaving it without an appointment. I filled out the information on the key envelopes and dropped it in the box. I called at 7 am I called to clarify the situation and they were already on the job. I really like the envelopes so I could write down all the information. I got an explanation from Mike that was good on why my brakes seized up.

Whenever I have had to bring my Fiat 500 in for service at Oxford Dodge everyone is always very friendly and helpful. Issues are resolved quickly with no fanfare. I highly recommend this place if you need service for your car or are looking to buy a new car. I've been very happy so far!

I brought my car in for an inspection prior to a long road trip. Darryl was very helpful in letting me know what I needed to prepare for the trip as well as what was needed for my vehicle in terms of regular maintenance. I always have a great experience at the dealership. Even the shuttle drivers are very friendly! Thanks!

Lack of record on my file from the dealership purchasing my snow tires on my account!

When I traded my dodge caravan for a journey the dealership offered $300 for my snow tires. I agreed and it was said to be placed on file so that I can access it for future use towards my journey. There was no record of this on file and I was told by the sales rep that the sales paper would be in storage in a storage unit and not accessible. That is not acceptable as a response neither is the lack of effort to look j to the situation.

Mike was very helpful when I stopped in to check on tires and get an estimate. He obtained four levels of tire prices from the parts desk. He then was able to schedule me in two days, based on my availability. Great folks to work with. Job well done and happy customer.
