Great people to deal with...

Had to take the wife’s car in for a serpentine belt replacement. Staff were courteous and friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Would bring my car back here anytime.

1st Disappointed Service Experience

As a long time loyal Honda customer, I very recently had a sub par service experience to say the least. My vehicle was in for multiple services which was quite expensive. I am OK with that, because I understand that sometimes depending on the type of service being completed, it will be costly. First off, my winter tires were switched out. My all weathers were stored at Honda and I had tote carriers for each tire. When the tires were “thrown” into my vehicle, the tires were still not bagged, as done in the past. Result...grease and grit were covered throughout the leather interior of the back seat which took time to clean. Additionally, one of the totes were damaged (draw string gone) and was not brought to my attention. I understand “stuff” happens, but not owning up to it by mentioning it disappoints me. Lastly, I paid for work done that I contacted Honda Canada to ask to cover the cost of the part, but I had to pay for the labour. (LED light issue) The repair was completed but noticed the issue was repaired on one side of the car now appeared on the other side of the vehicle. The issue here is .... why I as the customer had to identify the defect? Would this not have been identified during the service appt? Just feel I paid a lot of my hard earned money for a rushed service appt and ended up with more issues I have to deal with after I had the car serviced, than I had before bringing it in. Very disappointed with the experience.
