Excellent experience. Brad Pikula, sales rep., was a great fellow to deal with as we purchased a non-Honda vehicle. We had to come quite a distance to see it and asked Brad for an honest assessment of the car. He got back to us immediately with a short video and pointed out a couple of paint flaws, scratches and scrapes accurately and honestly. The car was worth the drive...we had checked several similar vehicles and this one was by far the best and at a reasonable price. Brad had the car detailed and repaired as promised in a timely manner and made the effort to minimize our travel. I would send a friend or relative over to Brantford Honda anytime to purchase a vehicle!

Had an amazing experience buying a used civic touring from Brantford Honda - I was lucky enough to have Gerry help me out, her expertise and brilliant customer service was what helped this purchase become an easy one! I recently came to Brantford Honda after seeing a Civic Touring online in the pre-owned inventory section and I met Gerry who had the best knowledge and offered outstanding customer service. I love my new car and I have been not only recommending the location to friends and family but I've been telling everyone about Gerry - I won't hesitate to get any future cars from her again! What a superb experience I've had, she went above and beyond!

I cant say enough good things about our sales rep Josh Botnick. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the start to end of the process of buying our new family vehicle! I would highly recommend him and Branford Honda for anyone looking for friendly, enjoyable and professional dealership!
