Erica is a stellar sales person! Very helpful and honest about all the buying process. Adam in the service drive thru is a fantastic Service Advisor to speak with. He is quick and helpful for any questions you may have. Update, Adam no longer works at Honda, however Dale is an amazing Service Advisor. He is prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. I have always been impressed with the Service Department at Brantford Honda. Keeping my 2006 Honda Ridgeline in good working order has sometimes been a challenge. You don't get to 320,000+ km without a few unexpected service surprises. This time it was Adam McKinnon who helped find me the most affordable and practical service options for my vehicle. His recommendations and understanding of my situation made my unexpected brake work more palatable. Though I am never happy spending $1400+ on vehicle maintenance I know that Adam's guidance got me the best bang for my buck. Thanks, as always to Adam, Trevor, Dale and Todd for your great service advise and thanks to those mechanical whizzes who do the work. You continue to earn customer loyalty for Brantford Honda.
