oil change for first time

Had an awful experience at our local dealer. After $700 bill to “diagnose” the problem with our ’17 Corolla (would not start) they concluded it required $8,000 of electronics replaced\repair. We called our preferred Toyota dealer, Jackson’s (we’ve bought all our cars from them for decades). Will Mercer called our local dealer to discuss their diagnoses on our behalf. We then had our car towed 125 kms to get a second opinion from Jackson’s. So glad we did – car was fixed the next morning for a few hundred bucks. Thank you Bob Jackson and Will Mercer.

Regular maintenance items had to be performed on my vehicle( fluid changes., efi/ throttle clean ). I was kept updated, and vehicle was ready when promised, even after performing little more work than expected. Overall great professionalism., going on my second toyota vehicle.

I had not bought a brand new car in 20yrs as my last two vehicles were used. Bill worked with me to get the best price. He was very knowledgeable, respectful to my needs and never pushy. Danielle, went over all paperwork and warranty programs and let me take some time to decide if the ECP was for me. She answered all questions and not pushy selling me on warranty. All in all it was a pleasant experience from the first time I walked on the lot to browse, till I was driving away in my new 2021 Rav4. Thank you Jackson's Toyota

Andrew and Danielle were awesome to work with. Both friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and efficient. Andrew on the sale, and Danielle on the finances….. second car night there and as long as I am in Barrie I will keep going back.

My husband and I stopped by to look at cars on the lot. we were greeted right away by a salesman named Chris. He was very friendly and helpful. He arranged a test drive of the vehicle I was interested in and completed all the paper work in a timely fashion with me. I love my new CHR! thanks Chris.

My truck broke on July 1st the guys at Jacksons knew I needed it for work so got it in asap. After a diagnostic, it only took them 2 hours to change my fuel pump module and my truck was all ready to go!
