Shawn and Osman were fantastic. Shawn worked with me to get the vehicle I needed. The concern and honesty he showed was heartfelt. These guys are not about the turn over but about the concern for the individual's needs and affordability. I will not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends. Nazman was fantastic at explaining the paperwork as well.

Purchased a 2015 jeep wrangler Everything on it was suppose to be fixed and a good vehicle and they also told me that in 6 months i would be able to get the vehicle i want. Car showed up 3 months late missing parts keys wont work in door locks so cant even lock the vehicle!! Not detailed car looked like it was off roading before they dropped it off called about broken pieces upon drop off and was told service would contact me 7 months later still nothing! Suspension is gone keys dont work missing interior trim!! I was told everything would be taken care of and it wasn’t! Over priced not helpful!! I would recommend finding any other dealership!! Unless you feel like being ripped off worst car buying experience ever felt forced into buying something i did not want with there empty promises

There is some change in service at this place, and in fact it is the first time I experience good professional follow-up after purchase. I did not have good experience with the mechanic that was working there before but I think they have changed him. Moe takes things seriously and understands what customers need and knows how to respond to that. He has taken responsibility to follow-up with my request and he did it in an awesome way with the help of his co-worker Nisreen. Thank you to the admins that they had done that step of changing the old mechanic.

We I bought the truck during covid.They said I could not test drive it but don't worrie if I have any issues that will address them. Of coarse I had oil leaks windshield washer leak.Tires are so cheap they cannot balance them . After having to direct them to the oil leak they finally fixed it after 3 visits but still the windshield washer leaks .After me again having to show them were the leak is they put a bandage on it so it would not leak.WELL HECK 2 MONTHS LATER IT LEAKS AGAIN.They just care about getting it past the 30 day warranty. It was a terrible experience and I would NEVER deal with them.

The vehicle you had purchased was 11 years old with over 250,000 KMS on it at the time of purchase, and with vehicles that old and with that much mileage on them, there is an expectation that frequent service will be required. We always strive to ensure that our customers make an informed decision when purchasing a used vehicle from us. You had brought your vehicle in with complaints of an oil leak, antifreeze leak, and tire alignment issues, and we fixed each item at no charge to yourself. It is not in the interest of our mechanics or our dealership as a whole to attempt to run out our 30-day warranty, and we have frequently shouldered the costs of repairs for customers who had brought a problem to us after their 30 days have expired. We've also been determined advocates for our customers in terms of warranty coverage with third-party companies, such as negotiating on their behalf to get parts covered that are not included in their warranty. On multiple occasions, we have even covered the difference between what their warranty covers and what the actual cost of service is. We have a generous rewards program for customers who refer people our way and that program would not be a success if we were, as you claim, liars and deceivers who are not interested in resolving our customers' problems. Bought my Mustang from them in March during COVID. My car is great and appreciated them working with me during the lock down and arranging delivery to my driveway that’s why I gave them 2 stars. However.. The add I clicked on to find my car stated 3 months no pay. The owner refused to honour this. Also my car was delivered with a broken key fob. The sales person (Shawn) told me before delivery that he was ordering me a new key. After delivery told me sorry he knows he promised me one but they are not able to deliver on that promise because the owner said no. Now I have to purchase a new key fob on my own at a cost of over $500.

I have been working with Nazem and Heshan at the Dundas St. E location, today we signed for our new truck. These 2 guys were awesome to deal with. Not only were they friendly and took the time to explain everything with my wife and I they were awesome with my 2 sons (ages 2.5 and 10months). Extremely friendly place and I will be back in the future!.

Unfortunately a had a very disturbing experience with a "so called" fiance professional ... The front of house staff are excellent , but once transferred to fiance dept that is were the professionalism ended. The child actually called back from a company phone to tell me off.. UP DATE ... Nick the owner has rectified all the concerns ... They truly care for their customers ... I will be a Customer in the future and recommend all to give them a try ... Again Thank You Nick
