Empire had my back when an auto company (NAPPA on Wellington St) screwed me over $620 for a battery change. Sam at Empire East helped me get an in store credit for auto work in the future. He definitely has customer experience in mind at all times. I will definitely be coming back to Empire where you get taken care of like family.

I just want to say thanks to Kareem, Sam and Nick. They are going above and beyond to help. This is a strange time and buying a vehicle can be a scary thing when you can’t do what you normally would. We have run into a few issues along the way but they are doing everything they can to resolve them. Their patience and kindness is appreciated very much.

I came in to the shop today to browse cars and had an awesome experience. Sam helped me pick out my first car and I couldn’t be more happy with my choice!
