I had a bad experience in trying to get my vehicle repaired and was at my wits end! My sales guy Shawn called me and did everything he could to assure me he would take care of this issue. In a world where it’s hard to believe people have your best interests at heart I can honestly say I always felt Shawn did!!! He worked so hard and relentlessly to get me into a vehicle he never gave up on me he believed in me and for that I trusted in him. I got a call also from the manager on my vehicle concerns and I really felt he as well stands behind his word and truly will do whatever needs to be done to leave a customer happy....Thank you

I would like to see a special thanks to Nick Sam and Shawn UZ. During this time of panic in everyone’s lives these three amazing individuals have not only help me out beyond my expectations but they also put me in a new Dodge ram with super low mileage at the most affordable price I’ve ever seen! Empire Auto Group deserves an award thanks to these three individuals. I am the happiest I’ve ever been buying a vehicle and now I get to roll around on my new wheels. Thank you so much and I wish everyone the best and hope this coronavirus dies out quick!

Had a great experience at Empire Auto Group! The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I went to pick up my car the muffler was hanging low and they fixed it for me right on the spot! I would recommend shopping here for your next vehicle.
