I purchased a 2011 Maxima a year and a half ago from Empire Auto's sister company and had to accept a really high interest rate because of a bankruptcy. Regardless of the rate, they helped me build my credit. I recently received a call from Charmaine at Empire Auto East wanting to get me into a newer car at a lower interest rate. As I was very happy with my 2011 Maxima, I said she was gonna have to pry me out of it. Basically get me into another Maxima. Lol! To my surprise, they just got a 2017 Maxima in at the time of our conversation. So of course I went in to go over everything. Not only did Charmaine get me into a new 2017 Maxima but she was able to get my interest rate down 11% points. I am extremely happy with my new car and rate and am very grateful for all the hard work Charmaine did for me. I recommend Empire Auto to everyone, no matter your situation. Buyer beware - the safeties are forged. The cars are unsafe. No brakes on cars lights don't work. Do not buy here. They say they will fix it. They lie and don’t fix it. Too much money for cars that are unsafe and undrivable.

Terrible experience! Talked to a weird guy (John) and he seriously creeped me out. Greasy sales guys with fake smiles! Won’t go back to thos place! Update: BUYER BEWARE THEY ARE FIRING THE EXPERIENCED LICENSED TECHNICIANS.

Dealt with craig at the west location. He worked tirelessly in a time crunch just one week before Christmas to help me find a perfect car on my budget.
