About a year ago, I left an outstanding review for Empire Auto in London and the sales rep that I dealt with, Osman. I wish to recant that review. I was promised a years worth of free oil changes, have yet to receive one and tried numerous times to get in touch with Osman and never heard back. When I did hear back, it was only because we were going to try and get me into a newer vehicle. For whatever reason, I was yet again GHOSTED by Osman and have yet to hear anything back after over a month. This place is a joke and from what I have read on other reviews, does this to their customers who have issues with the vehicles they get put into. So a fair warning to everyone who recently got a vehicle through these guys - they are full of it and within another month or so you will start having issues with the car that you got. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!

I contacted Empire Auto Group one day and a few days later I was a proud owner off my beautiful car .... Salesman Malik was so much help .... I usually get stressed talking to salesmen but he took the time to listen and got me a vehicle that I was looking for exactly..... I felt comfortable and at ease talking to him ..... He helped me get in contact with an insurance broker that had very good rates .... And found reasonable interest rates for me for financing .... I would recommend this business to everyone .... Give them a call you wont be disappointed.... And thank you again Malik for all your help
