We just completed the purchase of a beautiful Rav4 with the professional and helpful sales and finance specialist Hass Rafih. He was very down to earth and informative and guided us to the vehicle we ended up buying. We are very happy with the entire process and even with a small issue he did everything in his power to ease our worries and made us feel very comfortable. In fact the entire staff from the owner to the shop mechanic were very friendly and easy to talk to. We are happy with our entire experience and extra thanks to Hass for walking us through and getting us in our new to us vehicle.

Friendly and honest staff. I dealt with Megan who was courteous, professional and not "pushy". The owner Nick helped get the best competitive pricing in the market. Overerall great experience with very transparent communication. Would recommend my family and friends to see them again!

These guys are fantastic to deal with. Had an issue with my previous vehicle and they worked non-stop to get me the best deal imaginable! Thanks to Empire Auto I will be back on the road and be able to go visit family in a RELIABLE vehicle. Malik and Sam worked day and night for about a week straight to find me a suitable van for a price that we could afford and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you guys for everything. If you're reading this and you're hesitant to apply, don't be! Curb that skepticism and get on the road quick with the amazing staff at Empire Auto!

Omg just got my new Ford Focus 2015 from Craig at Empire Auto Group on Springbank dr. He took good care of everything and got me into a newer car for a lower rate. Amazing customer service. Client for life!! 5 gold stars for sure!!!
