Today I walked in to empire auto group on dundas and my dreams came true! mustang convertible! I cant believe it ! They financed me when I thought it wasn't possible ! Thank you Sam Thank you Kareem , Thank you Hass! You guys made my summer one to remember ! Nick Soufan has a All star team who knows how to take care of the clients! Made me and my wife feel like family! So proud to be part of this experience! Life is so good !!!

This was honestly the best service Ive ever had. I don’t usually review things but this is the best customer service I received. Sam took such good care of me and got me in a car I never imagined having. I will keep going there to get any cars in the future and will recommend going to get a car here

I purchased a 2011 Maxima a year and a half ago from Empire Auto's sister company and had to accept a really high interest rate because of a bankruptcy. Regardless of the rate, they helped me build my credit. I recently received a call from Charmaine at Empire Auto East wanting to get me into a newer car at a lower interest rate. As I was very happy with my 2011 Maxima, I said she was gonna have to pry me out of it. Basically get me into another Maxima. Lol! To my surprise, they just got a 2017 Maxima in at the time of our conversation. So of course I went in to go over everything. Not only did Charmaine get me into a new 2017 Maxima but she was able to get my interest rate down 11% points. I am extremely happy with my new car and rate and am very grateful for all the hard work Charmaine did for me. I recommend Empire Auto to everyone, no matter your situation. Thank you Charmaine and Empire Auto!

Buyer beware - the safeties are forged. The cars are unsafe. No brakes on cars lights don't work. Do not buy here. They say they will fix it. They lie and don’t fix it. Too much money for cars that are unsafe and undrivable.
