Omg just got my new Ford Focus 2015 from Craig at Empire Auto Group on Springbank dr. He took good care of everything and got me into a newer car for a lower rate. Amazing customer service. Client for life!! 5 gold stars for sure!!!

Should be 0 star. Very rude. Sold me a 2010 jeep patriot in 2017 that should NEVER have passed safety. Buyers beware. Go elsewhere or get own safety done. Dont make same mistake as me. Guy I take it to told me shouldn't have passed safety. $4500 in repairs so far. *reply to Empire auto. I tried reaching out to you before got rid of jeep. You would NOT help me. I went elsewhere and am happier. Everyone reading, save the stress of this company. Go to Action Auto!!!!!!!

I recently entered into a contract with Empire and after 3 days I needed to cancel it. I called Nick Soufan, the manager and spoke to him and explained my situation. He worked with me and was able to cancel the contract. He also waived all the cancellation fees for me, which really means alot to me. I would recommend Empire Auto Group to my friends!
