Mr Shawn Uz has single handedly brought us out of a nightmare situation involving a vehicule responsable for a near financial meltdown.This has been the single most rewarding experience in every way. We have had to fill once in a week,payments are much lower,term is super agreeable and a super comfortable new ride.Thank you very much Shaun.

Was blackmailed with my own money to give a 5 star review or they wouldnt refund a bogus diagnostic fee. Manager wouldn't cut a cheque until I proved it and that is the MOST positive experience I've had with these people. Compulsive liars and just an overall terrible company ran by unethical people. Response to Owners Response: By immediately refunded they meant to say, "given the runaround for two months and then blackmailed and refused a refund until I gave both locations a 5 star rating, then and only then will a cheque be cut."

I was a full-time student for many years. I finally began working in my field. I made many sacrifices to stay in school including small loans. I recked havoc on my credit in the process. My friends who worked for car dealerships said nobody would lend to me. It's impossible, it can't be done. I had nowhere to turn and I would have to continue taking my son to daycare with taxis and working full-time. I spoke to Sean at empire Auto people told me he won't be able to do it. I felt discouraged but now I'm driving! Nobody would give me a second chance but empire Auto. Thank you so much! 🇨🇦

Be careful if you do online business with this company. Make sure you read and understand anything you get from them. I'm paying for a car I don't have and don't want and its sitting on their lot. Congrats to them they made a sale. Be very weary
