Great service & price

We love our new Tiguan! JD Brown has been a great salesperson, very knowledgeable, supportive, professional, personable and persistent without being pushy. We were delighted to purchase a car from him and the dealership. JD's colleagues Alex, Dave, Rebecca, Lesley and Diego have also all been very helpful and professional, in their supportive roles to make this our best car purchase experience ever. "Once VW, always VW" - thumbs up Bytek!! This is my second time leasing from Bytek and third experience - since 2008. I have to say that once again I'm impressed how the customer service keeps improving year after year. Bytek valued my feedback from day one back in 2013. The car I leased was quite weak in performance and 4 years later, Bytek (Kris P. and Andrew Crowe) promised me that they would get me into something that would better suit my needs and they did. Honestly, I'd take many pages to write about my positive experience just 2 days ago. OK- to make my review short, I say you should visit Bytek, it's worth it (if no one approaches you, go approach them lol!!) they respected my budget, offered me less than expected, I did not feel pressured to accept the "add-ons" so to say... A quick review on how to operate the new functions in the vehicle was provided to me, JD took the time I needed and answered my Q.s when finalizing the deal, even hearing my constructive criticism (much appreciated). Let me thank Rebecca N., Lesley D., David V. : this was definitely a win-win transaction. No wonder I'm giving you 5 stars and please keep it up.To Kris Peshev & the entire team, I'm loving "dass auto" Wolfsburg Edition. Merci beaucoup Bytek!
