What a great experience. Dilhan is knowledgeable, helpful, and gracious. I sent my sister to see him right after I got my Tiguan and she is now a proud owner of one also. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Customer service at its best!

I went to test drive some vehicles, Dilhan Mendis was amazing and able to answer all of my questions, when I took the cars for test drive, he appreciated that I wanted to test the car in the way I commute to work. What a pleasant experience, Thanks Dhilhan.

I bought my new SportsWagon at Bytek and got a good discount there. I dealt with Dilhan Mendis there. He was professional, transparent and did not push a bit. We did end up taking the quote with us and shopping around, but eventually went back to Bytek. I am pleased for the fact that the whole process was pretty quick, hassle/gimmick free and we got the car we wanted.

I went in to simply browse. Bytek was just on our way home after looking at Acura and Toyota that we decided to stop by. Alex Grigorescu saw my husband and I and ended up taking us on a test drive. It was one of the best test drive ever. He was not pushy and took the time to ensure he understood both of our needs and what we value. His calmness yet confidence in this VW brand came through strong. We ended up taking the Passat and we are loving it so far. If you want to be heard, ask for Alex!
