Hands down best dealership when it comes to purchasing used vehicles. Ricardo was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a salesman who cares about delivering a good vehicle to his customer. I visited over ten different dealerships in my search for a used car and this one was the best by far.

My wife and I purchased our first brand new vehicle from Sherwood Honda, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! All the staff at Sherwood Honda are friendly and helpful, but both Aman and Amit made the process not only easy but also very enjoyable. We will highly recommend Sherwood Honda to anyone we know who is purchasing a new vehicle.

We wanted to get our first service done from honda we booked the appointment first they were saying not soon we mentioned that it’s showing this code on it and its already exceed the km. Once we got the appointment we leave our car at the agency and they saying we need to change the front two tyres as it’s completely damaged flat tyres and the car is awd you need to get it changed before leaving the agency. and the cost $650 for just two tyres and even though the original tyres are already in gurantee. they said we are not taking responsibility if you take this as it is we don’t know when tyres will blast on road it’s unsafe etc etc etc. even we just get it four months back and tyres are still in warantee. the tyres are of company bridgestone we call them for a safe side and they said yes it is in gurantee why the agency is not helping. what we can do here now i don’t understand the person name tyler who is dealing with all of this made us the bill of around 1168 like are you guys serious regular service price cost around 425 and now the new bill if wanted to change tyres price included is 1168. moreover if we once agreeing to change the tyres there’s no explanation what is the issue and saying new tyres doesn’t have gurantee. like why if we will be paying 700 bucks for new tyres still no gurantee ???? no one is helping out

I came here for Oil change and waited 25 minutes in the car, no one showed up. That’s not good customer service. I love Sherwood honda but very bad service this time.
