Sales person was the typical game player. Jesse ( Jesus ). 2024 and still doing the “I’ll try to talk to my manager” nonsense style of negotiation. Price is high at asking. Absolutely nothing impressive about this dealership experience.

Just leased my second vehicle with Sherwood Honda and I received excellent customer service from Ritchie! Shopping for a vehicle can be a stressful experience in the wrong hands but he was always available to answer any and all of my questions and concerns. He is an asset to their team and I will be referring him to all of my friends and family who are in the market to lease or buy a new vehicle. Thank you Ritchie! Ide also like to send a shout out to Shibani in finance and Darcy in Service!! They are both so Awesome and the 3 of them put together have made me a loyal customer for life!!!

I recently contacted Jesse Simon at this dealership about purchasing a car. Over the phone, Jesse quoted me a very attractive price, which prompted me to visit the dealership. However, once I arrived, the price was suddenly increased without any valid explanation. This bait-and-switch tactic is unprofessional and misleading. I am very disappointed with this experience and would caution others to be wary of such practices at this dealership.

Melissa sleeps with married men up Here she sleeps with her customers so if you have a married man my advice is keep him from Melissa ... She's a home wrecker melissaaaaaa works in the service dept... and she's knows this man is married and still don't care .... stay away from Melissa

My son was looking to purchase a used car for about 2 months. We finally decided to go to Sherwood, which we avoided because of the distance from our home. Went to Honda and he instantly saw a car he fell in love with. Salesman Peter was amazing. Very friendly and focused on getting us the deal we would be satisfied with. Offered phone appointments so we don't have to drive back and forth. Car was in my sons possession very fast. We couldn't be happier. Shibani from finance department is the sweetest person I ever dealt with. Made it all crystal clear and easy for my son to understand. 100% satisfied with this dealership.
