I recently purchased a car from Bytek and the service was great! Dilhan the sale rep was very helpful while explaining the features of the car when I came in to test drive a car and later helped me through the purchase of the vehicle over the phone. Both Dilhan and Jennifer were fantastic and very accommodating! Thanks for all your help

Had a very easy and great experience buying a certified pre-owned vehicle. Booked a test drive and showed up at the appointed time. The designated salesperson was not available, so Amanda graciously helped me out with the test drive. She was extremely knowledgeable and chose a very good test route. After the test drive, we discussed numbers and trade in. From there I went to see Lesley in the business office to discuss financing, warranty, and an incredible number of various warranties available. I had plenty of time to make decisions, and was not pressured. Two days later after a re-inspection and thorough detailing I took possession of the vehicle, a 21 Jetta with 22k km. So far, a great experience. I’ll update if there are any vehicle issues, or warranty claims. Well done!

It would be super awesome if your staff answered the phones from time to time, or even checked voicemails that were left days before and got back to its customers. C'mon Bytek... Do better

I bought my 2015 Golf TDI in 2019. In February 2022 the Adblue warning light came on (500 km the car will not start). The dealer took the car in and gave me a loner with no knowledge of when the part would come in. It is now December 2023 and the dealer says the part is at least another 6 months away… there is no evidence that the part is ever coming. VW customer support say they care about the customer and the costs involved but they are now $27k + in rental car cost it will be $5k + to make my car road worthy, with no end in site. The car has been sat outside in all elements and is now rusting as the rust prohibitor is powered by the battery which is now dead. The dealer is trying to facilitate a trade assistance but VW Canada are not cooperating. The lack of true oversight and integrity is shameful! Update December 10th 2023, VW Canada are insisting that the part will come and that they will do everything to bring my car back to the condition it was when it arrived. It is still continuing to rust outside! With no end in site! I went to take a look at my car a couple of days ago and found the car unlocked with the contents of the glove box strewn around including insurance and ownership papers! Now being told that there will be no other resolution, I have asked the dealer to start getting my car cleaned up and repaired under the warranty and prevent the rust from getting worse. That was several weeks ago and no response. Looks like it will be another battle even when the part shows up! Yet another example of disrespect and no customer care! Good job VW!

With regards to the issue of rust in your vehicle, we replaced the battery so the rust module would work once more. We are sorry this was not communicated to you in a more timely manner.
