The service at this dealership is very poor. My company has several leases at this dealership. It's been impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Over the past three years, I've found the service to be quite cold and unfriendly. Overall, it's been an unpleasant experience just to get a basic tire swap. I won't be getting another lease here.

I bought my 2015 Golf TDI in 2019. In February 2022 the Adblue warning light came on (500 km the car will not start). The dealer took the car in and gave me a loner with no knowledge of when the part would come in. It is now October 2023 and the dealer says the part is at least another 6 months away… there is no evidence that the part is ever coming. VW customer support say they care about the customer and the costs involved but they are now $25k + in rental car cost it will be $5k + to make my car road worthy, with no end in site. The car has been sat outside in all elements and is now rusting as the rust prohibitor is powered by the battery which is now dead. The dealer is trying to facilitate a trade assistance but VW Canada are not cooperating. The lack of true oversight and integrity is shameful!

Good morning, Mr. Sparey. It is certainly unfortunate that you have been waiting for an extended period of time for a replacement part from Volkswagen Canada. Unfortunately, we have no control over when the part will arrive. We have certainly tried to facilitate a switch to a new vehicle for you- combined with Volkswagen support- and I'm not sure why we have not been able to facilitate this switch. Please let us know what we can do as a dealership to support you through this challenging situation.

Hi Mr. Sparey, we certainly appreciate your frustration with the amount of time required for your replacement part to arrive from VW Canada. As a dealership, we are not able to control when this part will be assembled and shipped by the manufacturer. We have given you an alternative of a replacement vehicle- with support from VW Canada, and a loaner vehicle in the interim while the part is on order. We bought a used 2020 Tiguan from Bytek in July. The experience was very good and Sales representative, Dilhan Mendis, was very helpful. We are pleased with the new car and would recommend Bytek and Dilhan Mendis to others.

To start, I tried calling the service phone number from the website. It took 11 attempts to get a hold of someone when calling. The company I currently work for currently has 5 vehicles from this location. I contacted service as we have an issue with one of the vehicles that currently has a check engine light on. I spoke with a service advisor and told him that we were able to scan the code but could not find the detail of it. I provided the code to the advisor and was told to google it to get the answer. I tried to find it and multiple results came up so i asked for confirmation. The service advisor told me that it would find it on google and there was nothing he could do. I then asked to verify if the unit was under warranty. I provided the VIN information and milage. The service advisor told me that it should be under warranty. I asked for confirmation and was told "I think it is under warranty". I asked if it could be verified and was told that he can not verify it is under warranty. Overall I did not verify any of the information I was looking for. The advisor I spoke with did not seem to care at all for the questions that I was asking, nor wanted to help provide any service. Extremely disappointing when calling a service department and not getting any assistance. I have the service advisor's name and out of respect will not post it publicly, however I do hope that their ethic improves and they become able to provide a better service to their customers.

I bought a Volkswagen Taos a short while ago. The car is very comfortable and drives perfect! The customer service at the Bytek branch is great. The dealer, Daniel, was understanding and explained everything to us in detail. I am glad I have this car as my first brand new one!
