My experience with Bytek could not have been easier. Amanda P was stellar - not pushy, informative, helpful and overall lovely. The car is great and had to get a few helpful folks on the customer service side to help with the infotainment settings. Definitely would recommend the entire experience again and again.

wouldnt even tell you the brake rotor size on the phone so u dont buy somewhere else. got it 5minutes later from volkswagon Gatineau on the phone. very expensive random repairs. ac fan when the ac doesnt even have gas in it. radiator fan that never had an issue. spent 2100 dollars and the car is still parked. never send your wife. they used to be good.

Great place that treats their customers like actual people. I just bought my second car from Bytek and I had pleasant experiences from start to finish with both purchases. This time, I worked with Dilhan. He was honest, realistic, and just generally a good guy who was nice to deal with.

As soon as we started working with the team, which started with Amanda, it felt like we were with friends. As we worked our way to the vehicle of our dreams, Pierre and Jennifer were helpful, professional and just all around wonderful people to work with. The vehicle we got is absolutely outstanding and we love it, but not as much as we loved the honesty and courtesy we received with this amazing team. Will always go back to Bytek now. Recently bought an SUV. Super straightforward purchase with all the purchase details marked clear. I knew exactly what I was getting and what I was paying for it. No hard sales tactics and nonsense back and forth with the back office on pricing. Thank you to Dilhan for all his help!
